AEW’s annual Blood & Guts event takes place next week, and the men and women’s teams are now official. This week’s episodes of Dynamite and Collision will determine which teams get the advantage in the Blood & Guts caged double ring. With that in mind, AEW President Tony Khan went on a booking frenzy yesterday to announce a series of up to six matches that are part of the Blood & Guts Advantage Battle. The two men’s matches tonight are Orange Cassidy vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Darby Allin vs. Daniel Garcia. If The Conglomeration or Death Riders can sweep these two matches, that team will have the advantage at Blood & Guts. If they split these matches tonight, then Jon Moxley will fight Roderick Strong on Collision to determine which teams gets the Blood & Guts advantage. Darby and Moxley are heavily favored to win their matches on paper, so Orange vs. Claudio is the key battle to watch.
